Yes and they are delicious! Tonight I'm making Onion-Roasted Potatoes. Very easy to make:Nebulous said:Ever had twice baked potatoes?
1 envelope of Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup mix
2 lbs. of potatoes (white or red) - cut into large chunks
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 425
In a 13x9 baking pan or roasting pan, combine all the ingredients
Bake stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Makes 4 servings.
Any leftovers go good with eggs in the morning!
