Do you like potatoes?
What different ways are there to cook potatoes?
Do you prefer baked, roast, boiled, mashed or jacket potatoes?
How do you make a potato salad?
Are you a meat and potatoes person?
What is your favorite potato dish?

Potatoes hm?
Well, I don't like them raw... but they're rather nice baked or fried.
Boiled and mashed can be nice as well, depending on what else you're eating. Maybe with cheese :|

I love potatoes. Mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, hash browns, tater tots, potato wedges, fries, etc etc

I love potatoes too! I don't care how they're made!

Ever had twice baked potatoes?
Yes and they are delicious! Tonight I'm making Onion-Roasted Potatoes. Very easy to make:

1 envelope of Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup mix
2 lbs. of potatoes (white or red) - cut into large chunks
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 425
In a 13x9 baking pan or roasting pan, combine all the ingredients
Bake stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Makes 4 servings.

Any leftovers go good with eggs in the morning!
