Pressure on young people

To me it's too much pressure only if the young person sees it that way. Family, friends and themselves are the only people who would think about or comment on the way that person dresses.
 
I do, and that’s why I prefer forums to social media. I always see ppl posing like role models on the likes of meta, insta, etc

Exactly this. I hate that there are fashion "role models" and a fashion standard. The truth is, guys don't give two fucks about your high quality makeup, your luxurious ass dress and blah blah. Girls focus on these "model looks" because they believe that

1. It's what men want. In the olden days, with the boomer generation, this was accurate. Not in modern times.
and
2. They have to compete with other women. "I can wear this better!" "I look better with this!"

Knock it off, ladies. Be yourself, that's what men love.
