I am just courious I am sure everyone has heard this story. A kansas city baptist church is going around stomping on the american flag and protesting at military funerals. Nebraska passed a legislative saying they couldn't do this.well recently a supreme court judge overturned it and now they can again. it is said it violates their right too protest and the such. What do u think of this? should they be allowed too protest and trample our flag at military funerals?? tell me what u think

Can you say 'attention whores' boys and girls.... there... I knew you could.

You forgot to mention that most of the congregation of the Westboro Baptist Church are members of Fred Phelps' own family, and that they contribute most of their personal incomes to his cause.

This is their website: http://www.godhatesfags.com/

Yes, a church's website is God Hates Fags dot com.

Enjoy the site.

I most certinally did forget too mention that. Either way i still think that it's wrong. I can't say much just because I am in the military and well it's political and yeah lol

Here is the artical:

Washington (CNN) -- Missouri's tight restrictions on protests and picketing outside military funerals were tossed out by a federal judge Monday, over free speech concerns.

A small Kansas church had brought suit over its claimed right to loudly march outside the burials and memorial services of those killed in overseas conflicts. The state legislature had passed a law to keep members of the Topeka-based Westboro Baptist Church from demonstrating within 300 feet of such private services.

Church members, led by pastor Fred Phelps, believe God is punishing the United States for the sin of homosexuality through events including soldiers' deaths. Members have traveled the country, shouting at grieving family members at funerals and displaying such signs as Thank God for Dead Soldiers, God Blew Up the Troops and AIDS Cures Fags.

Exactly.

I suppose they do have the right to be disrespectful cunts, but I don't morally approve. :P

If they did that to one of my family's funeral then I'd most likely go to jail... (;

They are all disgusting people and can only wish the worst for all of them. But I do support there right to be scum bag protesters.
