Puberty blockers for clinical research - UK

Puberty blockers need to be readily available, not restricted. Trans kids that enter puberty go through so much turmoil, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation that it just bogs you down and makes you feel like you're being forced to live a lie. Do we survive? Of course we do, but as the wrong gender. I came through puberty in a position that made it impossible for me to conceive a time when transition would be reasonable. My frame will never pass, my body will never pass, and had I been open and had the ability to suppress puberty, that would be a different story. It's the same for so many trans women and trans men. Trans men are forced to deal with the realities of womanhood, a womanhood they don't want and can't relate to. Periods, breasts they have to bind, wide hips, and so on. Everything they don't want, in the same way trans women have to deal with a masculine frame, a deeper voice, no hips, and...that. Puberty blockers would stop a lot of that, and therefore stop a lot of dysphoria, but because of scare tactics put out there, blockers are now on the chopping block. It's a disgrace. Truly.

Are they readily available in the US?
I understand, I really do.

I live in one, but things are still restrictive. Blockers wouldn't help me, I'm already past puberty :)
Yeah of course, you’re 35, girl!!

I’m sorry I don’t understand how things are restrictive? State laws or federal laws?

If your state has a democratic governer I’m confused as to why things are restrictive?

Please remind me what state you Mrs based in again - was it Missouri ?

Arizona, and restrictive meaning it's even difficult finding a therapist that will willingly deal with you, doctors that will offer help in transitioning, etc. While we might technically be considered a blue state at the moment, AZ is definitely right leaning.
