Ken Clarke should be sacked as Justice Secretary after comments he made about rape, Labour leader Ed Miliband has said.
During a heated Prime Minister's Questions, Mr Miliband told David Cameron the Justice Secretary should not be in his post at the end of today.
It follows an exchange between BBC Radio 5 Live presenter Victoria Derbyshire and Mr Clarke.
In response to a question about the average five-year prison sentence for rape, Mr Clarke replied: That includes date rape, 17-year-olds having intercourse with 15-year-olds.
Mr Miliband said Mr Clarke then went on to say there were categories of forcible rape and serious rape.
