Rape isn't always about the sex. Rape is also dominance and control. It's wrong of course, the unwilling victims don't deserve it and sometimes have nothing to do with the sexual offender's lack of control.

Yes.. but rape is not about sex, it is about power and control. Some men will rape a woman they feel have emasculated them be it because of rejection, or because that person made them feel inferior in some way, and they are looking to take back their control.
I will say that I am tired of these idiots on the net talking about rape as if it is some kind of joke. I think that they need to have it happen to them and THEN see how funny they think it really is.

Kevin Jennings, the safe school czar, admits that he handled a situation involving a student having sex with an older man badly. The student (some reports have the child as 15 some 16) came to him and confessed that he was having sex with an older man. Jennings didn't report this (he was a teacher and should have reported it) and just asked the kid if he wore a condom.

He also praised Harry Hay as a gay rights pioneer. And Harry Hay was a member of Nambla--the North American Man Boy Lovers Association--but there is no evidence that Jennings was a member of Nambla or anything like that.
