What realization about your life hit you hard?
 
That my attitude and actions may be hurtful for certain people.
 
Flying over Lake Michigan in turbulence, that we were going very, very fast, and we were mega high up in the sky. And that the possibility of our plane crashing was a little too close for my comfort. I haven't been on a plane in over ten years.
 
Ignoring your problems will only make them worse.
 
Too many projects
Can be stressful
