Reggie Yates’s new show about 13-year-old Russian models dubbed ‘disturbing’

Reggie Yates’s latest documentary Extreme Russia: Teen Model Factorywas dubbed ‘disturbing’ by viewers after showing girls as young as 13-years-old paraded around ready to be shaped into the world’s next top model.

One girl – Anja – was told she had been cut because her hips were 1cm ‘too wide’ and another forced herself into high heels despite having a back problem.

Reggie responded by this by saying: ‘The lines of right and wrong are just so blurred’.

A casting director described the girls as ‘Ferraris without engines’, saying they had beauty but lacked supermodel character.

Viewers of the show called the programme on teenage models ‘interesting but disturbing.

Well I don't see it being much different to doing this on national TV

I find anything that takes children and tries to make them adult before their time disturbing, just let them be kids they will have plenty of time to be adults
