How do I give reputation?
There is an button in the bottom of each post (beneath a member's signature) labeled "Add Rep." Click the button, and a window will pop up allowing you to give positive reputation to a member. Alternatively you can go to a member's profile page and click "Rate."
Do I have to participate in the reputation system?
The reputation system is completely optional. But, by participating in discussion in our forums you are eligible to receive reputation points from other users.
How do I see what reputation people have given me and what my current score is?
If you are viewing a thread, you can click on the reputation number under your avatar & post count, also you can go to your profile page and click "Details" next to your reputation number. On this page you can view your total score, view who gave you a reputation point, view any comments they made and also view what post you were rep'ed for.
