Following the recent riots in London, Wandsworth council has

issued eviction notices on rioters and other councils are also

considering the same action.

David Cameron is 'backing' this idea, saying that people who

loot and pillage their own community should be evicted from council houses.

What do people here think of this idea ?

I think it could be a great idea - providing it applies

'only' to the individuals concerned.

What happens though if a man is caught rioting and

he has a wife and children at home ?

Or a young person who is caught who is still living

with his parents and perhaps younger siblings ?

Surely the whole family cannot be evicted, thereby

punishing the innocent members of the family too !
