With my wife off visiting the parents in Ecuador decided to a road trip around Florida.
First stop 100 miles north of Orlando to Florida's oldest inland town Micanopy. The movie Doc Hollywood was filmed there. Got there pretty early and had a good country breakfast.
Next stop Cedar Key Island on the west coast in time for lunch.
On the way found a few of these old homes on the back roads.
Maybe ten miles before Cedar Key you run into the town of Rosewood. Highly recommend watching the movie. Nothing really out here except this sign.
