Runny Nose

I have a runny nose and I've had it all day. I have to get my braces tomorrow and I don't want to be sniffing every 2 minutes while holding my mouth open for about 2 hours.



Anyone got any tips for stoppping a runny nose.

My nose is stuffed up. Will those remedies help a stuffed up nose as well? It isn't running at all.

Eat warm soup. Chicken noodle works well. Something warm will clear you right up

Maybe a warm cup of tea.
