I saw a boy getting on the school bus this morning wearing wigger pants you know the kind where the pants are down past your butt crack

Next bus stop were kids that looked like they were going to the beach and not to school.

Is there no longer a dress code for schools?

In England there is. But I'm in collage and I see plenty of men dressed like that. It's a wonder they can walk

Don't you find it disrespectful to go to school with wigger pants or looking like you're on the way to the beach?

I see the point when people wear their trousers like that, might as well not wear any at all.

Here is my uniform:

You should ignore my facial expression in that photo XD

I wear a school uniform, and to my knowledge it's not an American thing.

Wrong. Depends on the school. If you drive by a school at lunch time in my town you might see a school yard full of kids in uniform and you might see a school yard full of kids in regular clothes. It just depends on what that particular school wants to do.

I never had to wear a uniform though. I remember when I was going on to high school, my middle school was going to make everyone wear uniforms the next year. So I barely escaped having to wear them.

We have no dress code at our school, other than you have to be dressed decently. Like they will go after girls with their boobs hanging out of their shirts, their shorts being significantly shorter than their fingertips when their arms are down, guys with really saggy pants etc. For me, I just dress in a respectful way.

So kids can wear clothes that promote gangs, drugs or alcohol?

No.

There was much more censorship in middle school though.

My school has a dress code. You can't wear anything that promotes alcohol, drugs, etc. Shorts, skirts, and dresses have to go down to the knee. Sleeves on shirts have to be like...two fingers...like tank top straps have to be thick, like 2 inches or so...yeah, I don't know. People get sent home all the time for short dresses or shorts and we have to wear a school's shirt if our shirts violate dress code.

That about sums it up for myself. In addition, you can not have holes in your pants past your knees. However, I could understand getting onto the kid with his pants hanging down more so than the one who looks like he's about the go to the beach, because it is summer.

Overall, it comes down to grades, If you make good grades, you'll never be noticed, but if you're not a good student and make horrible grades, teachers will pay more attention to you and you'll be more likely to get caught.
