I have two divisions of that genre in my writings.
"Science Possible" which includes the maximum application of existing technology, such as the 'space elevator' which "we" may not be able to build today, but could at some point in the near future.
And
Science Fiction, which is where the technology or situation is not feasible given today's level of development. Such as 'warp drive'.
