Its the same thing as ice cream but different.

I am not sure what the difference is...

-EDIT- This yahoo answers page says Ice cream is made with milk, cream, sugar, and eggs. Sherbet is made with fruit juice/puree, sugar, water, and dairy (usually milk).

Anyway, I bought some Tangerine Pomegranate Sherbet at the grocery store today and it is REALLY good.

I think I've head or sherbet... I think you get it in those long straw things. Don't mind it, but can't eat a lot of it.

Its spelled Sherbet but I and everyone I know says Sherbert (with an 'r' in it).

I remember when I was younger I used to always eat that stuff... especially on the way home from school. Not so much more nowadays though.

I think he means something else Dragon, something frozen like ice cream, I love the UK version of sherbert though

Sherbet here is not candy.. Its like fruity flavored ice cream.

I've known sherbet to be the fruit flavored sugar in straws... the same thing that Dragon Master posted.
