Short Man Syndrome

Short man syndrome is a made up illness where not-so-tall men are overly tough, angry, like to pick fights, ect to prove how much of a man they are and try to compensate for their small size. Have you ever known anyone who sufferes from this horrible disease ?

Sure do. My neighbor has short man syndrome, but we tend to ignore him whenever he acts up or begins ranting about nonsense. Also, a lot of people at my school have that disease, especially this one little man in particular. He drives to school every day in his big pickup truck, but when he gets to school he circles the parking lot showing off his truck and apparently trying to impress someone..



How do you treat little man syndrome?

Ignore them, giving them little to no attention, and after a couple weeks, they'll be cured.

Sort of like a Napoleon complex? Short men, or any sort of person are most macho when they don't need to care about being macho. But those that do are pretty annoying, they're almost like they're trying to prove themselves.

My ex had this illness for sure. From what I have heard, he still does!

It's quite funny, cause im 6'4, nearly 6'5, so the really ARE short when they're next to me.
