Short, Medium, Long

This is a poll about short, medium, or long hair preferences on men and women, not what kind of hair you have but what hair you prefer.  Let's talk about why!  I want to hear from all genders about your reasoning for your choice.

Short (bald to pixie)
Medium (shaggy to shoulder length)

What is your reasoning for this? I hear quite often that it's "sexier" and more romantic looking. Is it something that makes women more attractive or is there a different explanation?

I just like medium-long hair. I think it frames women's faces and plus I've always wanted to run my fingers through a long woman's hair. *shrugs* It's a personal preference, not a defining characteristic.

I think for me on men it varies.  I prefer a longer cut that falls into the medium length of hair.  Something like this (wtf is that long bang thing in the front? take it away!).  Think Uncle Jesse later on in Full House, not when he had his mullet.  But something like this can be insanely hot, too.

As for girls?  Well, I'm not sexually attracted to them so it's not a matter of "hotness" to me.  It's more of a matter of being able to say they are beautiful aesthetically in terms of their features, and some women look better with long, medium or short hair depending on those features.
