Should bail be consistent or on a scale?

Should bail money be consistent for everyone, or should it be on a scale or even deferred for those who are lower or no income?

It should be determined on a case by case basis, dependent on the crime, the individual, financial situation and so on. There are some situations where bail should be beyond reasonable means because of a truly horrific crime, but beyond that, bail should be reasonable.

Agreed. If it's murder or rape charge of any kind, I think they should be denied bail.
