Should some dog breeds be banned?

Some dogs are more aggressive than others, but oftentimes it's a matter of training the animal starting at a young age. What do you think, should some breeds be banned? What about in households with little kids?

Most of the “dangerous” breeds are due to shitty owners. Pit bulls are actually giant babies.

When my daughter was younger, she went to spend the night at a friend's house and I didn't know they had pitbulls. I went to pick her up the next day, and one of the kids let me in the door, and the dogs were all over me, licking and wanting to be petted. The mom yelled to her husband, "Come see your guard dogs!"

Yeah, I have a few friends with pit bulls, and they’re all cuddle buddies.

“Please pet me, please pet me”, and whining the whole time.

So scary

When my neighbors moved in, their pitbull got out and they weren't home. The dog trotted over to me and didn't look friendly so I asked him if he wanted me to pet him, he came over and rubbed against my leg, so I petted him. Then he just wanted to sniff around. I made sure he didn't go to the street, and then the owner's car came down the street, the owner jumped out and asked if anything happened. Apparently, the dog wasn't very friendly and the owner was sincerely worried about me. I told him we were buddies, asked the dog's name and then they drove off. I always get the dog's names because they like it when I call their name. It kind of confuses and comforts them at the same time.

They shouldn't be banned but they shouldn't be around kids. However, there's a macho subculture around the dogs and they highly resent the idea.

They should not be banned instead human beings should be trained on how to take care of them. Yes should be kept away from them

In my opinion, it is fine to breed them with the same kind. Although some dog lovers prefer to cross-breed them,.

Yes. They are said to be more aggressive, and violent and attacks all people, it is is reported.
