What is a simple everyday thing I can do to improve my quality of life?

Drink water.
Water is your body's principal chemical component and makes up about 60 percent of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. Even mild dehydration can drain your energy and make you tired.

Do stuff you don't enjoy. Don't do stuff you do.

For example.

DO:
Eat bunny food, drink stuff without flavor, do that.... Moving Your Body Around, thing.

Don't:
Eat sausage sandwiches with lots of grilled onions. Drink booze, maybe with a splash of something fizzy. Watch sports on TV in the A/C.

Or if you want it easier than that.... Don't do what I'm doing, but without the splash of fizzy stuff in the booze. And my A/C is on the fritz for today. And DO stuff like what those ladies said they do.

Take naps during the day, but no longer than 30 min.

Napping offers various benefits for healthy adults, including:

Relaxation
Reduced fatigue
Increased alertness
Improved mood
Improved performance, including quicker reaction time, better memory, less confusion, and fewer accidents and mistakes

  • Take naps. (30-60 min)
  • Drink water.
  • Take walks/Exercise.
  • Smile.
  • Listen to music.
  • Get your aggression out using non-hurting methods. (Like writing, drawing etc.)

Sleep before 23:00, take walks when I feel like doing that, reduce the amount of sodas I drink. :P

I drink a lot of coffee. I shoud really start drinking water.
