The phrase: guilty but mentally ill seems to apply in this case.

I feel for the parents as they are running thin on options. The local police won't investigate, they ignore witnesses, and sometimes they just side with the murderer. They should take it to the federal level.

Online petitions aren't worth squat and I have to wonder why people don't understand this.

Those same people also believe WalMart emailed them a gift card.
