Are you somone who as soon ad their head touches the pillow you're alseep? Or do you have difficulty getting to sleep? Do you have ways in getting to sleep if you are having trouble sleeping?

I'm a very bad sleeper. I tend not to fall asleep until 2AM no matter how early I go to bed. And wake up before 8 without fail. I haven't yet found a way in helping me get to sleep. I've cut caffeine and don't eat/drink anything sugary before I go to bed :/

I can't sleep on an empty stomach. As long as I'm a little tired and not hungry, I can sleep.

How're you still standing, Dragon? o.O

It might take an hour for me to fall asleep, but it doesn't usually take too long.

It takes me quite some time to fall asleep. I have a problem shutting off my brain. I lay there and think about what I need to do the next day. Or, if I have had a bad day then I will go over it in my mind as to what I did wrong. Doesn't help either that I'm a very light sleeper. The slightest noise will wake me up. Maybe I need to be in a padded cell somewhere......

Usually takes me around 4 hours to get into a proper sleep. Sometimes I will drift off then wake up 10 mins later and keep doing that till I do fall asleep, other nights I will lay wide awake until I fall asleep or pass out.

normally go to bed about 10 or 10.30, get to sleep about 2 or 3, wake up numerous times in the night and then wake up about 6am.

I have no problem napping in the day, just can't sleep at night.

Insomnia sucks.

^ I've tried all the sleep medication, even small doses of amitriptyline don't even work.

I hear drinking an alcoholic beverage can intensify effects of medication but its not something I would recommend to anyone.

I'm one of the lucky ones, Don't get them very often and if I do only last a couple of hours :D
