Snake in toilet bit man's penis

A man was rushed to hospital in Israel after a snake suddenly bit his penis while he was sitting on a toilet.

The 35-year-old told emergency workers he was relieving himself in the bathroom when he felt a strong burning sensation.

He looked down to see a snake in the toilet basin, reports The Mirror.

Fortunately, the snake was not venomous and the man was able to laugh at his misfortune with staff at the Rambam Medical Center in Haifa where he was treated for minor injuries.

"This is the first time I've seen a snake bite like this," a paramedic told the Jewish News.

"Luckily, all tests seem fine and the man is feeling well."

A hospital spokesman added: "There will undoubtedly be bite marks on the area in question.

"The snake was not poisonous. The man is currently under observation pending additional test results and as soon as we get the results, he will be able to go home."

I always look in every toilet first before using them. That man with bite marks didn't follow procedures, and he has to pay for it.

Check the bathtub/shower too! My friend who lives in Phoenix, found a snake in her bathtub!

Lesson learned: Always expel your waste standing up, like a true man.
