One thing i dont like when i work out-I get sore parts after that day i worked out. I can barely lift my arms now only because i lifted weights and played badminton.

This doesn't happen to me because I always stretch before I exercise.

Although today my shoulders have been a bit tight, sore, and inflamed. I'm not sure why.

Yeah being sore sucks.
 
Obviously you take long breaks in between your workouts :/... Do them every other day or every day but different muscle parts.

Being sore is a good thing though.
