I can use the pan - depending on what's in the pan, of course. But I would say I've had a bit of spatula training.
 
I'm pretty good with them, not perfect, but I was a chef for a good few years so I've had quite a bit of practice

Why would I need to flip anything?

I screw everything up and break the food, so I chose that one.
