Spring Rolls, anyone?

Yes, Spring Rolls are a long-time favorite from Chinese Restaurants; never tried to make them.
A similar item when in the Philippines is Lumpia. I love lumpia and have tried some so-so frozen products in the U.S.; but nothing really comparable to "in-country" Lumpia.

Spring rolls are Vietnamese but are served in every Asian restaurant in the world. They are had with peanut butter sauce. I’ve just had them for lunch today.
I love Spring Rolls.

I could eat them all the time.

I either dip them in soy sauce or sweet-n-sour sauce.

I like them a lot, with tofu. I'm a big fan of of peanut sauce.

Another spring roll fan here. Depends on the filling, of course. Some are better than others.

I swear I have had these but could not tell you where or when now.

Maybe they are/were called Egg Rolls in Chinese restaurants. ???

Egg rolls are generally a bit bigger than spring rolls and have a thicker wrap. Spring rolls wraps are quite thin and even a bit delicate before you fry them (yes, I have helped my wife make them, though that was a long time ago).
