Do you eat any special foods for St. Patrick's Day? Some years I'll make corned beef and cabbage. One year we went out and had shepherd's pie and that was delicious.

Nothing in particular, we're British, so a lot of the foods that people tend to expect on St. Patrick's Day are actually foods we eat quite regularly, lol. Well, we prefer cottage pie to shepherd's pie (beef rather than lamb), and not so much corn beef and cabbage, but stews and such.

It is sad to say that we do not celebrate this here in my country. I am also curious what traditional foods should be prepared on St. Patrick's Day. The good thing is you had mentioned some.
