People, mostly. Not everyone, but certain people.

Nothing. I don't let things get in the way of my happiness. Learned a long time ago not to sweat the small stuff. Where there's a will there's a way as the saying goes. You can sit and feel sorry for yourself or you can get up and take control. The only person standing in your way of your happiness is YOU.

lack of willpower..determination..being disabled (physically)

Those first two things are easy to overcome, as the for the last one (being disabled), there's nothing you can do about that so don't let it get you down.
