Yeah I have.. I remember in 11th grade Spanish glass, this kid named S walked in 20 minutes late apologized for his absence and lateness and handed the teacher a doctors note and silently went to his seat. The first thing she did after reading it was say, Gonorrhea eh? The class started laughing and this kid named Jonathan started cracking jokes.. and this kid was so embarrassed, and he looked like he was going to cry.. I told Jonathan to shut up and he wouldn't so when he started tilting his seat back, I saw a textbook on the floor and kicked it at his chair causing him and his chair to fall and him bumping his head on the desk on the way down. The class roared when he fell.
I asked the teacher if it was really necessary that she'd say that out loud embarrassing him like that.. and when she got nasty with me saying that if he wasn't late it wouldn't have happened and threatened to call the dean because I disrupted the class, I told her to go ahead, and asked her how she'd feel if someone let it slip that she was sleeping with both the gym teacher and the janitor and if her husband (who was the dean) knew that she wasn't sure who the father of her unborn kid was.. I said it must suck to be her since she knows that her husband couldn't possibly be the father and kids, especially those that don't like her like to gossip and some of those kids happen to work in the deans office next period. I asked her just who does she think the dean will listen to.. the kids he trusts enough to work in his office, or her. She apologized to S for what she did.

I have also had to curse out this one particular nurse in the nursing home my great-grandmother was in before she died because the nurse would yank her around when she were taking care of my great-grandmother and was very rough with her. I was there for a visit one day and the nurse came in to dress and bathe her, and she asked me to step outside. I did and about 5 minutes later, I hear this loud thud and I hear my great-grandmother scream out in pain. I rushed into the room to find her on her bed holding her leg and crying. My great-grandmother had arthritis.. and during cold and wet weather, it was worse. It was sleeting all day that day, and so she was in a lot of pain already. The nursing staff knew this and even if she didn't have arthritis the nurse still should not have dropped her leg like that. Anyway, as soon as she saw me, the nurse got an attitude with me and grabbed my shirt and tried to rush me out of the room. I snatched myself away from her and told her that I wasn't going anywhere and informed her that I was the one taking care of her before she was put in the nursing home.
I asked the nurse what happened and she wouldn't say anything and I asked my great grandmother and she told me that nurse had dropped her leg on the bed instead of handling it gently. The nurse had the nerve to lie and say she didn't and when I told her that I was standing outside and heard it, and the way she was talking to my great-grandmother, she said nothing. I slammed her against the wall and asked her what the f was her problem and asked her if she'd like me to throw her ass out of the window gently, or if she'd want me to drop her just like she dropped my great-grandmother's leg. I told her to apologize, which she did and told her that she was lucky that my great-grandmother was there. Granny called security because she didn't want me to get into trouble, and when they arrived, I told them exactly what happened and told the nurse's supervisor that if she wasn't fired, at that moment, that I would see to it that they are sued. The nurse was fired on the spot, and from then on, I made it a point to be present when they bathed her, and on the days I wasn't there, that at least the supervisor be present to keep this from happening again. The supervisor agreed.
