Statistics Show That Gun Violence In The US Is Out Of Control

Hasn't this been a consistent headline for the last 20 or 30 years?

American's would like to believe it's not out of control, but definitely compared to other countries both of our size, if not greater, and smaller, this is a fact. Just because your personal firearm arsenal hasn't killed anyone doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist. That's like saying air isn't all around us because we can't see it. The fact of the matter is that it's a problem. The least we can do is acknowledge it. What to do about it is a beast in and of itself.

Cars even kill and hurt more people but never hear about banning cars. And the same people who hate guns which also save thousands of lives and save thousands of woman from rape every year never mention that part.
