Stepped on a tack!

I just stepped on a thumb tack with my bare foot. It went all the way in my foot..

Didnt feel too great.

Have you ever done that?

I've can beat that. I stepped on a nail back when I was a bit younger.

When I was little, I had a nail go all the way through my foot. It was rusty too. I had to get a tetanus shot and I dont remember what else the doctor did.

I stuck a garden fork

Through my foot when i was younger. Two spikes went through.

Never happend to me, but my dad stepped on a a needle and it went into his foot and into his bloodstream! It could've killed him if it had gotten to his heart, but they got it in time.

I've stepped on needles, nails, tacks, and actually threw a garden fork at my foot--broke my toe.

None of those experiences were very pleasant.

I also stepped on a rusty nail when I was a child and had to go to hospital.

I've trodden on tacks too.

I stepped on a tack once but I don't recall it hurting s much as I thought it would have. I had to yank the thing out and stop the bleeding so it didn't make a mess. Not exactly a pleasant experience but taught me to be careful where I walk so I don't do it again which I never had.

When I was little I jumped on some boards. I wound up with three rusty nails all went through my foot. My father took me to the ER with the board still attached to my foot. I too had to get a tetanus shot that hurt worse than them pulling the board off my foot.

Oh yeah--I've done that too.

I was about 5, my foot swelled up and my big brother had to carry me back to the house. You'd have thought I would learn not to run around outside barefoot...

Fond memories of running to dad holding the fork while it was still in my foot (shock) and him collapsing.
