A storm chaser is a person who follows extreme weather events (such as violent storms) in order to experience, photograph, or study them.

Do you think this is a dangerous hobby?

Is it worth the risk? Would you be a storm chaser?

It's not as much as the risk as it's just kinda boring to do it often enough. I think I'd be down for it every now and then, not as a frequent hobby. BUT, it is cool IG/Tiktok material, so there's that. Like if someone just rushes to a catastrophe whenever it happens just for the lulz on their social media, nice gag tbh.

It's a dangerous hobby, for sure. I'd never deliberately go looking for tornadoes and such

Not really interested in storms or weather things. You can go risk your life to chase storms and I won't even bother watching the video footage you recorded. :P
