Strangest Experience

Isn't that what life is about, a series of experiences? What is the strangest experience you've ever had that you cannot believe happened or cannot, to this day, explain or understand?

the strangest experience i encountered was in 2011 when i found a lottery scratcher ticket someone dropped near a liquor store. I promptly let the clerk save it in case the owner came back..but he or she didnt so he gave it to me.. , i rubbed it off and won $5.000 i put it away for safe keeping and after my daughter was born, put the money towards her college

You said elsewhere that you're daughter is going to be 11 soon. Now she's born after 2011 (according to this post)?

im fine as usual. Burned off the calories from yesterday. Catching up on other boards. The little one is at school..the apt is so qiuet now

what?? I said i saved the money for later use..then after my daughter was born -thats when i decided to use for her college tuition. The money i put in my saving deposit box

Yeah but your daughter was supposedly born in 2003, how could you save money you obtained in 2011 for after she was born? She already was born and had been around for years at that point. Right?

Lol, well, that is pretty strange. In any case, I'm sure I've had a few. One of them that stands out in the top of my mind was when my car was hit by a firetruck hose. They were responding to a call and turning onto a major road from one of the side streets. Apparently, the hose flew off--which happens more often than you'd think--and it hit a few cars on the side street before they came onto the road I was on. I pulled off to the side of the road to let them pass, so I was already stopped close to a stop light, and as they passed through the light, I felt something hit my car and then pull me forward a good foot or two.

I had no idea what it was at first because of all the ruckus and the confusion about what the hell had hit my car until the nozzle of the hose unlatched from my under carriage and flew behind the firetruck as they went along. Of course, I didn't go anywhere considering my car had $3,000 damage done to it. When I called my mom, she didn't believe what had happened, but the firefighters came back and took the blame for it.
