Okay, so I'm currently going through a ton of stress with my health, as well as school work - I can easily make up a list of things due or going on this week and next week, and it'll be quite a long list. I just look at this calendar that I got at school that I write down everything - due dates, meetings, etc...and I get overwhelmed. A friend of mine is helping me sort through it all...started yesterday when I was broken to tears with stress and he got me to pick out the most important thing I needed to get done (reading a book that I had about 150 pages left in) and told me to get off MSN and the computer and read about 40 pages...and I ended up reading way more than that...and finished it today at school. Today I got freaked out again and went to MSN to talk to him and he told me to take it a day at a time and work on things due tomorrow and stuff...but then he had to go and I'm still freaked, so yeah.

I have no idea how I'm going to survive the next 3 weeks with everything I have going on (biggest project of the quarter, big research essay, first college government test, first college algebra test, etc) and I need help trying to figure out how to manage all this stuff and deal with this stress...so any ideas?

The way I deal with having a lot on my plate is to not think about it and just start doing it. I dont think about how much more I have to do, how much left I have, I just take things one at a time and work steadily at my goal. The more you stress, panic and put pressure on yourself, the more time it takes to accomplish things.

I never stress.

You just gotta trust that it'll all work out in the end.

Nebulous has given you great advice and I agree with him. You just need to concentrate on getting your work done and avoid any distractions. The time you spent on MSN or the computer is time that you could have been doing your work.

Tackle on thing at a time and then move on to the next one. Before you know it, it will all be done. Good luck Madyy
