Sugar free or normal - drink

Would you rather a drink that's sugar free or one that's got sugar?

I won't touch sugar free

Sometimes I think about my health and try to avoid sugar but nope, I usually can't. I need it in my life!

I used to have a huge sweet tooth but I’ve been drifting away from sugary/sweet drinks. Now I only get the occasional sugary latte from a cafe or kombucha from the store. I pick which kombucha to buy by comparing the nutrition labels to find the flavor with the least sugar.

Crazy thing is I still sometimes crave sweet things but most options go way too far and I get disgusted out of my craving lol.

As much as I love sugar drinks, I have diabetes. So it’s sugar free drinks for me. Though sometimes I sneak a regular root beer in there.
