So, apparently the Uruguayan president doesn't care much for suits...

At a regional summit this week Uruguayan President Jose Mujica aired a surprising grievance: "We have to dress like English gentlemen. That's the suit that industrialisation imposed on the world."

I don't even have one. I can't really afford a nice one without breaking the bank right now. The way I see it, if good jeans/shoes and a nice jacket and shirt are enough for a job interview, I don't need a suit.

Have you ever worn a suit? Yes I have worn a suit before but.. I don't own any at the moment.
Do you like wearing one? Sometimes I do like wearing suits & sometimes I think I don't look good in one.
How do you feel about having to wear one? I feel people need to wear suits at appropriate times and if you don't have to wear it you don't have to.

The only time I wore a suit was when a friend thought it would be funny to have people wearing fancy clothes to his birthday (it made for an interesting dissonance), I ended up borrowing his.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one who does not own one.
