Do you complete customer service surveys? If so, when?



I just had Chick-Fil-A and I completed this survey because the cashier was extremely friendly and the overall service was great, and turns out you get a free chicken sandwich for completing the survey! I didn't know if I completed the survey I would get a free chicken sandwich, but I did and that's what I order when I go there! So next time I go there the meal will be almost free!
 
I don't do surveys either. They tend to ask too many personal questions, even the census that happens every year.
