If you could take over any forum? Which one would you choose?

How would you run it differently? Would you keep things the same?

I would take over Offtopix so I could add large rectangular avatars to user profiles. Other than that nothing else.

I don't think I'd ever want to take over an existing forum, even if it seems perfect.

I'd much prefer to start my own and shape it exactly the way i want it.
