Taking a break from the Internet?

Has anyone just took a step back from the web and stayed offline before? What did you do?

I did when I was a teen, I just hit a bad depressive stop and had to stay away. It was ok, but I wouldn't rush to do it again, lol.

Not really even though it probably would be good for me too. I do go through spurts where the only thing I’ll do online is like check mail and role play, that’s about it.

Same here. I honestly think the Internet is addicting and not afraid to admit to it.

I've not done any role play in a while now. I did sign up for one, but my interest was quickly lost.

I never fully took a break from the internet, I have taken a break from browsing social media. I feel like I need to do so again, or at least stay off Twitter for a while. All I keep seeing are things that are just upsetting. At least on Facebook, I keep seeing funny posts from coworkers and friends so there's that. xD
