I absolutely hate loud, obnoxious talking ads on the internet. It's not so much that it's a talking ad as it is soo unnecessarily loud! I have my volume about in the middle and then out of no where an ad starts talking and it scars the you know what out of me. I've had so many talking ads lately I seriously mute my volume so I don't have to be startled by anymore random talking ads. Only time I un-mute it is when I want to hear audio. That's it.
