Talking Out Loud

Does it annoy you when people talk out loud? My brother talks out loud when he's doing work or just about anything, and it's hilarious. It's like he's saying what's going on through his mind, yet it's being spoken.

Yeah, especially if they talk either quietly or really loudly. I don't get why people do this, like, wouldn't you think it'd be irritating to others?

I do it sometimes then my sister snaps at me.

Sometimes, I do it without knowing, but other times I do it to annoy my sister

If they're loud it annoys me, otherwise it's fine.
