So, 10 years after Supersize Me we have a film of a similar nature about to hit cinemas in early 2015 (in Australia at least, not too sure when or if it'll get to everywhere else.) Where, Damien Gameau basically exists on 'healthy' low-fat foods with a high sugar content for 60 days.

Some minds are going to be blown, I think too.

I'm really liking the sounds of this: http://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/health/damon-gameau-goes-super-size-on-the-sweet-stuff-in-shocking-sugar-experiment/story-fneuzkvr-1227127957935

I agree with a comment left by Miles of Adelaide:
These 'experiments' are all flawed in their theory. The simple fact is, if you intake more energy than you burn (regardless of the form it takes), your health will be adversely affected. Additionally, it's nothing new that an unbalanced diet - as consumed in such 'experiments' - is detrimental to your health. This is nothing ground-breaking.

These "documentaries" do some good as they raise awareness but likewise they also confuse people who don't do further research but nonetheless, at the end of the day I think we each have to figure out our own diet for best results.

Watched the trailer from the link, looks like an interesting documentary/movie, I'd watch. :)
