I remember back before I came out here to hell (iraq) while watching Cake Boss that I wanted to try my hand at making specialty cakes...So I did just that, and now I can't get enough. Is there anyone else out there who likes baking cakes...my favorite part is the decorating....

I hate when Im trying to make a double layer one and I mess up on getting one of the layers out of the pan.

Usually I will just buy the mix... Mix it up and pour it in the pan, cook it, then put the frosting on and eat it from there.

I made my daughter an all pink cake a while back.. It had pink cake pink frosting and pink sprinkles. She was thrilled.

Making a cake right now..

Its going to be plain white cake with chocolate frosting.
