I would also like to nominate Will Farrell and John C. Reilly in Step Brothers.
I love this movie! What’s genius about this movie is the improv comedy from all involved. Such a funny bunch of comedians. You don't put Will Ferrell in a movie - you unleash him. You let him do what he does best - he might not always hit the mark but when he does its pure comedy fire. Additionally I like what this movie is trying to say - don’t completely lose your inner child - because honestly, being an adult sometimes is pretty damn sad and overrated.
