What is the best example of "just because you can, doesn't mean you should"?

Have children. xD Seriously, some people really shouldn't have kids.

driving altogether, seriously, a lot of people don't know how to drive or just suck at it and shouldn't be out on the road endangering others... also, the ones (seems like everyone) that don't follow simple traffic laws such as stopping at a stop sign and almost running over me on my bicycle... and these people aren't even driving under the influence (which is another that people shouldn't do)...

You've got a point. Here in Oregon, we may have some of the "nicest" drivers, but that can be partly chalked up to drivers who are actually just scared. They drive slower and less defensively. They take quite a bit of time to change lanes (and sometimes don't even manage to do that), they are afraid to speed up to the speed limit when merging onto the freeway, and there really is no fast lane here because everyone thinks that all the lanes are for "going at whatever speed you feel comfortable". This actually makes things more dangerous, on top of the tailgating (because they don't want anyone cutting them off), and I see plenty of rear-end accidents as I live right next to the freeway.
