It just plays Charmed intro song in combination with those clips taken from various episodes of Star Trek Voyager that have been edited to give them Charmed feeling, if you know what I mean.

Yep, profoundly deaf, not just hard of hearing. Late deafened, so I know the Charmed theme song!
