The Executive vs Legislative in UK

Who do you think has more control over the other: The Executive or the Legislative in the British political system?​

In theory the legislative branch ought to have power over the executive branch and not the other way around... still the executive branch has the muscle...

It all depends on how well everyone plays by the rules.
