The Good Side Of Bad Dreams

Very rarely do I have good dreams.
Most of mine are stuff like running for people, trapped in buildings that are collapsing or it's pitch black there are no windows and I can't find the door out., Spiders, teeth crumbling, my past, I nice dream will happen and then the person in the dream will turn to the person from my past.
I don't really know if I agree with the video, yes it turns them into storys, or flashbacks, I don't really see how they distance you from your fears. mine just remind me.
