What’s the hardest part about your job?

Putting up with rude and abusive customers. Some times I want to tell them off, but I know that I can't and sometimes that's really hard when someone is treating you like crap and you want to stand up for yourself.

The only hardest part of my job is to handle rude online students, especially the young learners. Despite encountering them at random, I just carry out my role as a virtual teacher.
