What is the hardest thing to explain to someone?

That the world we all live in doesn't revolve around them and doesn't function the way they like to think it does.

I think one thing thats hard to explain is the sex talk with kids when its that time for them to know more about it. I know my mom was uncomfortable explaining it to me.
